On September 17 and 18, 2024, the management teams of EAM, RMI, and SBP gathered for their annual outing at the stunning Mzaar Intercontinental. This two-day event was a much-anticipated opportunity for team bonding, strategic brainstorming for the next five years, and an escape from the daily grind.

The outing kicked off with a calming meditation session, setting a positive and reflective tone for the days ahead. This focus on mental well-being was complemented by a series of engaging activities designed to foster collaboration and relaxation. Participants enjoyed exhilarating ATV rides that allowed them to experience the breathtaking landscape, alongside skeet shooting sessions that added a touch of excitement and friendly competition to the outing.

In addition to these thrilling activities, attendees were able to unwind with soothing sauna sessions and take a refreshing dip in the indoor pool. The invigorating hikes through the beautiful surroundings provided an excellent opportunity to connect with nature and foster camaraderie among team members.

Throughout the outing, discussions were held around innovative strategies and plans for the future, encouraging creative thinking and collaboration. The open environment allowed everyone to share ideas freely, strengthening the foundation of teamwork that is essential for our ongoing success.
