On October 14, 2025, the management teams of EAM, SBP, and RMI gathered at Tanit for a full-day team building and leadership development event designed to strengthen collaboration, enhance leadership skills, and reinforce the bonds across the three companies.

The day began with a warm welcome and breakfast, followed by creative team activities where participants formed groups, chose team names, and personalized their T-shirts and bandanas.

After an inspiring opening address by the CEO, teams engaged in a series of six interactive challenges, each promoting communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

A relaxed lunch with background music set the tone for an afternoon of light entertainment and reflection. The highlight of the day was a dedicated leadership workshop titled “From Conflict to Collaboration – Self and Group Leadership”, which encouraged participants to explore leadership dynamics within teams.

As the sun set, the atmosphere shifted to celebration, with drinks, music, and the screening of event highlight videos, followed by the announcement of team results.

The evening concluded with dinner, karaoke, and dancing, creating lasting memories of camaraderie and joy.

The event was a great success, reinforcing our shared values of unity, growth, and leadership excellence.
