Job Overview; We are seeking an organized and hands-on Fleet Supervisor to oversee our distribution operations. You will manage all vehicle documentation, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements to ensure zero operational downtime.Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Documentation

- Track and update all vehicle registration papers and driver records.
- Monitor insurance expiry dates to guarantee continuous fleet coverage.
- Manage the proxy renewal process for all authorized company drivers.
- Ensure full compliance with Lebanese transportation laws and regulations.
Fleet Maintenance & Tracking

- Maintain accurate mechanic data, repair logs, and service records.
- Schedule preventative maintenance to minimize breakdown risks.
- Inspect delivery trucks regularly for safety and cleanliness.
- Control and optimize fuel consumption and repair costs.
Operational Support

- Step in to operate vehicles up to 10 tons when operational needs arise.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to align vehicle availability with delivery routes.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Mandatory: Valid Special Driving License (10-ton capacity).

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role.
- Background working within a logistics or distribution company.
- Proficiency in using Excel or fleet management software.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple document deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics and diagnostics
