On August 29 and 30, 2023, EAM Management took a significant step toward advancing our digital capabilities by attending a two-day Digital Transformation Workshop at ESA Business School in Beirut. Organized by the renowned ESA Executive Education Program, the workshop brought together our CEO and key leaders from Sales, Logistics, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Development to collectively tackle the unique challenges of digital transformation in our region.

Leading the workshop was José Ramón Cobo, a distinguished expert in digital strategy and transformation. Known for his extensive experience guiding companies through the evolving digital landscape, Cobo shared invaluable insights into leveraging technology for growth and resilience, particularly in areas facing infrastructural and economic challenges. His expertise in digital change management and strategic planning empowered our team with the knowledge to navigate these complexities and maximize our technological potential.

The workshop provided actionable strategies to overcome these hurdles, with a focus on enhancing agility, implementing data-driven decision-making, and fostering collaboration across departments. Through hands-on activities, our team delved into ways to improve customer experiences and future-proof our operations, even amid regional complexities.
