EAM Annual Company Meeting 2026: Aligning Strategy, Performance, and People

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, EAM brought together all employees for its Annual Company Meeting, a full-day event dedicated to reviewing achievements, sharing strategic priorities, and strengthening alignment across the organization.

The meeting opened with a presentation by EAM’s CEO, Anthony Massoud, who highlighted the key focus areas and strategic directions for 2026. This was followed by an in-depth overview from Sales Director Vartan Kaprielian, who reviewed the year’s commercial performance, shared achieved awards, and presented the new sales structure designed to support EAM’s growth ambitions across channels in the coming years.

A dedicated awards segment recognized outstanding performance across the company. Imad Abi Hanna was named Best Salesperson Overall, alongside awards for top sales performers by channel and top employees across departments, celebrating excellence, commitment, and contribution to EAM’s results.

Midway through the day, employees gathered for lunch at Le Royal before continuing with the afternoon program. Teams were then grouped by channel and rotated across a series of presentations led by Business Unit Managers, who communicated brand objectives, market expectations, and upcoming new product opportunities, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution.

The agenda also included focused sections on Pantroo, EAM’s new e-commerce business, as well as a stress-relief workshop, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation, employee engagement, and well-being.

The 2026 Annual Company Meeting reinforced EAM’s culture of collaboration, performance, and shared vision, setting a strong foundation for the year ahead.
