Sales Full-time Mid

 

The Unit Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, and develop client relationships to expand market presence. The role involves identifying new opportunities, preparing performance reports, and ensuring alignment with company objectives to drive consistent and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and fostering client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the FMCG sector in general and Ultra fresh market dynamics in specific
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus
  • Fluency in English
