Job overview:
Experience in Bartending, preparing cocktails, coming up with cocktails
Technical Knowledge in Spirits, especially Tequila, Single Malts, Gins…
Young, energetic, outgoing personality, sociable, well-connected in the on-trade scene.
Convincing with good sales skills.
Education: bachelor degree in relevant field like marketing would be a plus, to be able to perform office tasks when required.
Physically ‘attractive’ & presentable: Suitable for trendy events or behind a bar, yet suitable for premium masterclasses & dinners.
Great communication skills, good English command is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Brand Promotion:
Represent the brand at events, festivals, bars, and retail locations, engaging with consumers to share brand stories and product information.
Product Demonstrations & Tastings:
Lead product tastings and demonstrations to increase product trial and educate consumers on the brand’s range of offerings.
Customer Engagement:
Foster meaningful relationships with consumers, bartenders, and industry professionals to strengthen brand presence.
Event Management:
Organize and execute brand events, including sponsored parties, tastings, and influencer collaborations, to elevate the brand’s presence in the market.
Social Media and Content Creation:
Share brand messaging and promotions on personal and brand social media channels, creating authentic, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide feedback on market performance, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Education & Training:
Educate staff, bartenders, and retail employees on the brand’s products, ensuring they can effectively communicate the brand’s offerings to customers.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with design trends, technology advancements, and cultural insights to keep creative ideas fresh and relevant.
Brand Guardianship:
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining the integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
Key Skills:
University degree is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role or as Bar tender
