Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform (operations, UX, stock visibility, delivery flow)
- Coordinate across teams to ensure product drops, activations, and brand storytelling are reflected online
- Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize SEO, performance marketing, and CRM
- Lead the product upload process, content quality, pricing, and promotions
- Analyze user behavior, drive conversion, and test strategies for growth
- Help evolve the e-com experience from transactional to experiential
Specifications:
- 5-7 years of e-commerce experience (DTC or omni-channel is a plus)
- Graduate and Experienced in marketing in general and retail marketing in particular
- Fluent in Shopify or similar CMS + familiar with analytics, email tools, and paid media logic
- Detail-oriented but creative, analytical but expressive
- Comfortable juggling between UX logic, brand aesthetics, and stock feeds
- Understand lifestyle, luxury, and storytelling – not just logistics
